Urge believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. Please send an email to urgefeelgoodclothing@outlook.com requesting for cancellation.
At Urge, we take the utmost care in ensuring the quality of every customer order. We strive for perfection, and the chances of receiving a defective product are extremely rare. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we kindly request that you report the return request to our customer service team within the same day of receipt of product.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. please send an email to urgefeelgoodclothing@outlook.com explaining your concern. Our Customer Service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the issue."
In case of any refunds approved, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
